We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established building services provider at a prestigious site in the City of London. The Role:
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a modern commercial property. You will ensure all electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to the smooth operation of the site.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
- Fault finding on electrical systems and associated plant
- Maintenance of lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and control systems
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations
- Liaising with site management and subcontractors when required
Requirements:
- Fully qualified electrician (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition (essential)
- Previous experience in commercial building maintenance
- Strong fault-finding ability and proactive approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
