- International & Collaborative Environment – You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams across Black & White Engineering’s global offices, blending UK best practice with German electrical engineering standards and regulations.
- Develop Others, Grow Yourself – You will support and mentor engineers within the team while continuing to grow your own technical and commercial capability in an international market.

- Proven experience leading complex electrical building services projects.
- Excellent understanding of electrical TGA systems and performance‑driven design.
- Experience working in the UK or EU consulting engineering market.
- Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt, Germany (support provided).
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
