A Railway Infrastructure Contractor is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to support the delivery of Tf L / London Underground infrastructure projects across multiple projects in London.
Responsibilities include designing electrical systems such as containment, lighting, small power, cabling, earthing & bonding, and electrical circuitry.
The role involves carrying out site surveys, performing electrical calculations, and producing installation designs in line with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Electrical Design Engineering experience within commercial or industrial projects.
- Proficient with Amtech/Trimble 18th Edition.
- Experience producing electrical calculations and installation designs.
Desirable
- Dialux experience.
- Experience on Railway, Tf L, LU or Network Rail projects.
- Previous site‑based background as an Electrician (advantageous but not essential).
Note: Candidates with purely domestic experience will not be considered.
