We are partnering with a leading private equity firm to hire an experienced contract Business Analyst / Project Manager for a high-profile investor data and CRM transformation programme. This role is a hands-on data driven role and will lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic initiative to establish a single, consistent investor and contact data model across CRM and related systems, improving data quality, governance, reporting and operational efficiency. There is a possibility to go permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of an investor data and CRM transformation programme
  • Drive data governance, ownership models and naming conventions
  • Coordinate data cleansing and process improvement activities
  • Facilitate workshops with Investor Relations, Finance, Compliance and Technology teams
  • Manage project plans, RAID logs, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communications
  • Support system integration and future-state CRM enhancements

What You'll Need

  • Previous data and PM experience in private equity, alternatives or FS
  • Background in consultancy is ideal
  • Proven track record delivering business and technology transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma) are desirable
