An MGA that operates in the Lloyd's market is currently looking for an experienced compliance manager to focus on conduct risk. This is a fixed-term, 6 month contract that will pay up to £100,000 (pro-rata).

You will play a key role in enhancing and implementing the firm's conduct risk framework. You’ll act as a Subject Matter Expert across a broad range of conduct-related topics—including complaints, product governance, and Consumer Duty.

You’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the UK and internationally, ensuring conduct practices, controls and policies remain robust, compliant and commercially effective.

It is essential that you have experience gained working on conduct risk with a London-market insurance firm.
