Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair a wide range of commercial gas systems and mechanical/plantroom equipment.
- Carry out Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and meet KPI targets for high‑end apartment blocks (community heating systems) and offices.
- Respond to emergency calls on a 24‑hour rota.
- Follow annual leave schedule of 1 in 7‑23 days.
- Opportunity to develop additional skills in HVAC and electrical.
