This is a 70% project / 30% professional role. You’ll be hands-on, leading high-value projects while helping shape the future of the consultancy.
In the project space (70%), you’ll:
- Manage multiple projects including project management of commercial projects to refurbishment oversight, within a range of £100k – £1.9m.
- Provide clear, confident advice to clients and stakeholders—grounded in expertise and commercial awareness.
- Navigate contracts and negotiations, with a calm, solution-focused approach.
In the professional space (30%), you’ll:
- Lead and deliver complex building surveying instructions—everything from dilapidations to technical due diligence.
- Guide and mentor junior surveyors, helping to grow technical excellence and confidence.
- Contribute to strategic decisions—from team growth to client acquisition and service evolution.
