This innovative and funky architectural practice based in West London is searching for an experienced Architect / Senior Architect with good in-practice Revit and team leadership skills to oversee a Retail Shopping Centre project on a contract basis.
Employing around 40 people, this design practice offers a vibrant busy environment where the successful Architect will be required to lead a small team through front-end design and package delivery stages in Revit and AutoCAD.
Architects and Senior Architects applying should be ARB registered; have proven experience of working on large Residential, Retail or Shopping Centre projects; be used to managing a small team and contributing to project delivery; have strong Revit and AutoCAD skills; be experienced working in multi-disciplined teams and have strong technical detailing / coordination capability.
This client is hiring Architects or Senior Architects at short notice, and therefore applicants need to be immediately available, or have a short notice period of 1-2 weeks to be considered.
This contract is PAYE on White Space Payroll, hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. £25.00 - £34.00 Per Hour.
