Responsibilities
- Planning and scheduling same‑day and future deliveries of aggregates and asphalt across the North West.
- Calling clients to confirm delivery dates and providing updates on any changes.
- Liaising with internal teams to anticipate potential issues and keep customers informed.
- Negotiating haulage rates and deploying resources to maximise haulage efficiency.
- Ensuring all customer orders, both internal and external, are delivered with optimum benefit to the customer and the business.
Qualifications
Organised and experienced in logistics; confident on the phone with a customer‑service focus; computer literate; good geographical knowledge of the North West.
Prior experience in logistics planning is essential.
