In this role you will:
- Manage multiple transcreation projects simultaneously. This involves reviewing source files, handling vendor queries, tracking deadlines and importing deliverables into content management systems;
- Manage relationships with a great variety of global internal and external stakeholders;
- Own quality through ensuring that best practices and processes are followed;
- Foster close and productive relationship with worldwide editorial teams;
- Liaise with vendors on a daily basis and ensure that copy deliverables consistently meet the highest quality standards;
- Anticipate and prevent editorial and production issues to ensure on‑time deliveries.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent project management skills with a high attention to detail;
- Desire to work in a demanding and fast‑paced environment and ability to prioritise urgent issues and work calmly under pressure;
- Capacity to learn and manage data in complex content management systems;
- Familiarity with Client's Media Products;
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills;
- Proactive mindset with a strong ability to anticipate risks and roadblocks before they escalate, and the ability to think several steps ahead;
- Demonstrated track record of maintaining clear project visibility, delivering timely and structured progress updates, and keeping all stakeholders consistently informed.
Education & Experience:
BA/BSc degree in a related field is a plus.
