Role Summary: Senior Chiller Service Engineer with a large M&E provider. Focused on commercial planned preventive maintenance contracts and fault-finding & fixing on large commercial and process projects, working on water chillers from all major manufacturers.

Location: North West

Industry: Chillers, water‑cooled chillers, air‑cooled chillers, chilled water, down‑flow units, close control, Turbocor, screw chillers, scroll chillers, centrifugal, evaporative, vapor compression & absorption, hybrid, heat recovery, heat pump, adiabatic, hydronic, free cooling.

Desired Experience: Chiller service and maintenance engineering, fault finding & fixing, preventive maintenance planning, chilled water, Turbocor experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct commercial preventive maintenance contracts
  • Troubleshoot and repair large chillers
  • Coordinate with clients and regional teams
  • Ensure quick and effective fault resolution
  • Maintain service quality and safety standards

Qualifications: Extensive hands‑on experience servicing chilled water and Turbocor chillers; highly capable at fault finding & fixing; knowledge of F‑Gas 2079, hydrocarbons, refrigeration and AC qualifications; NVQ level 2 or level 3 advantageous; strong teamwork and communication skills. Apprentice experience with or without Level 2/3 AC and refrigeration certifications is acceptable.

Package: Base salary £48,000–£52,000 for 40 hours per week, door to door, + £4,000 annual bonus, overtime available, company van, up to 11% pension contribution, private healthcare and dental, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays.
