We are currently looking for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join a client we are representing who are well established M&E contractor operating within the commercial/residential sector within the NW. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of projects and play a key role from pre-construction through to handover.

Responsibilities

  • Managing projects from pre-construction to completion
  • Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors
  • Overseeing programme, cost, and quality
  • Building strong relationships with clients and consultants

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role
