We are looking for a skilled and motivated Welder to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on role where quality, efficiency and safety are at the heart of everything you do.

• Produce high‑quality welded products that meet customer expectations and production deadlines.
• Take a proactive approach to setting up your workstation, ensuring the correct tools and materials are available.
• Maintain excellent standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Play an important role in achieving agreed efficiency levels across the factory.
• Liaise with colleagues across departments to support a true “one‑team” approach.
• Work across Prep, Welding, Powder Coating, Assembly or Dispatch as required, with full training provided.
• Follow all safety procedures, maintain excellent housekeeping standards, complete daily performance trackers, and report any damaged equipment promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and ongoing skills development.

• MIG/TIG welding qualification.
• Ability to pass an introductory weld test.
• Flexible, reliable and quality‑focused.
• Willing to learn and work across different departments.
