Job Description
Junior Maintenance Technician (Electrical / Facilities) – Salary £38,000 – £40,000. Static location, flexible shift pattern, no nights, tools provided, optional overtime, training, 33 days holiday. Based in Leicester city centre.
Responsibilities
- Maintain building fabric and facilities with a focus on electrical systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
- Work within a bi‑weekly shift pattern: week1 7am –330pm, week2 1230pm –9pm.
- Work one weekend in six and choose days off in the following week.
- Support a tight‑knit maintenance team to deliver quality service.
Qualifications
- Electrical installation qualification.
- Comfortable working shifts (no nights).
- Commutable to Leicester.
