We are looking to fill an Electrical Design Engineer position to work on a variety of industrial automation and electrical control systems schemes.
Responsibilities
- Design electrical control panels
- Create MCC (Motor Control Centre) and PLC control panel designs
- Produce electrical schematics and circuit diagrams
- Design safety circuits and loop diagrams
- Use design software such as EPLAN and AutoCAD Electrical
- Collaborate with PLC programmers and other members of the Design, Project, and Engineering team
Qualifications
- Strong background in electrical design
- Experience with industrial control panels
- Knowledge of circuit design, safety systems, and control engineering principles
- Proficiency in electrical CAD tools (EPLAN and AutoCAD Electrical)
- Permanent right to work in the UK
