This project is currently in its critical early stages, requiring a sharp commercial mind to drive procurement and establish robust cost management processes. This is a high-autonomy role reporting directly to the Commercial Director. Responsibilities:
- Procurement: Leading the procurement of sub-contractor packages during the early stages of the build.
- Valuations: Managing monthly valuations and ensuring accurate cash flow forecasting.
- Day-to-Day QS Duties: Handling variations, cost reporting, and maintaining the commercial integrity of the project.
- Autonomy: Taking full ownership of the commercial function on-site, acting as the primary point of contact for the Commercial Director.
Requirements:
