Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Infrastructure Operations Engineer Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operation of business‑critical infrastructure and services
- Monitor system performance, availability, and operational health
- Assist with incident, change, and problem management activities
- Support releases, deployments, and operational readiness processes
- Help maintain infrastructure security, resilience, and operational controls
- Contribute to disaster recovery testing and business continuity activities
- Work with third‑party suppliers to support service delivery
- Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and operational runbooks
- Support service improvement initiatives and operational reporting
- Assist with infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and optimisation activities
Infrastructure Operations Engineer Requirements
- Experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Infrastructure Support, IT Operations, or Application Support
- Understanding of incident, change, and problem management processes
- Experience supporting business‑critical systems and infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Good communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage workloads effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Desirable Skills
