Juliette Lister and Lisa Tremlett are currently assisting a third party pensions Company who are presently recruiting for both Implementation Analysts (both contract and permanent) and DB Product Owners.

DB Product Owner - £60K

  • To provide project, technical and release support for the DB administration platform and related applications used primarily by the Pensions Administration Services department.
  • To liaise with users to understand their needs, preferences and challenges for supported applications.
  • To liaise with internal teams and external parties to ensure that all development requirements and acceptance criteria are captured to enable application development and quality assurance.
  • To support the DB Product Manager in maintaining a release schedule for all supported applications.
  • To plan release contents, ensuring high priority/high impact work items are addressed in a timely manner.
  • To support the DB Product Manager in estimating the delivery timeline for a release, reflecting all stages of the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, Quality Assurance testing, User Acceptance testing (UAT), pre-deployment tasks and live deployment.

ESSENTIAL:

  • 5+ years' experience in the Pension Administration industry and/or as a Business Analyst, junior Product Owner, Product Analyst or similar.
  • Strong analytical or problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with (or the ability to demonstrate understanding of) the software development lifecycle.

Implementation Analyst - £50-55K (Permanent)

Implementation Analyst - £50-55K (12 Months Fixed Term Contract)

  • To lead all aspects of data analysis and calculation activity across new business and internal transfer activity, supporting the delivery of the implementation portfolio across the business.
  • To define and implement data audit and analysis protocols which improve quality and effectiveness of transfer activity.
  • To lead the definition, creation and analysis of complex pension calculations which ensure effective member outcomes on transfer of activity.
  • To oversee the production of system automation, liaising with IT and Administration functions to build, run and review test scenarios during the implementation phase.

ESSENTIAL:

  • Strong/Broad experience of occupational pension schemes, including administration.
  • Experience of managing the definition and build of complex pensions calculations.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of DB/DC arrangements.
  • Experience of the implementation of pension arrangements, including bulk transfers of DB and DC.
  • Experience of providing assistance to others in the management of projects and change.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate and manage change effectively.
