Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established and successful Mechanical and Electrical Contractor, with a reputation for delivering high quality M&E installations on high value new build developments. Working alongside Project Managers and site teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of mechanical packages from installation through to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works on site.
- Manage and monitor subcontractors, direct labour and site activities.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress against project schedules.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, project managers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Support commissioning activities and project handover processes.
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting documentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Mechanical Supervisor within the Construction industry.
- Proven experience delivering mechanical installations on new-build and/or refurbishment projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical building services.
- Valid SSSTS.
- Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage trades and work effectively within project teams.
