About the Role
Supervisor (Electrical or Mechanical) at NG Bailey. Responsibilities include managing site delivery of projects ranging from £10,000 to £3 million, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and compliance, and supporting the broader project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Site‑based delivery of various projects, £10,000 to £3 million.
- Ensure all works are completed to a high standard.
- Conduct regular site and safety inspections in accordance with NG Bailey standards.
- Coordinate and supervise specialist subcontractors when required.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of NG Bailey site documentation.
- Lead and oversee project work plans, ensuring delivery against programme deadlines.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
- Carry out hands‑on electrical or mechanical works if required to assist with the project delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service by self and through others.
- Electrically or mechanically qualified (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Experience in a supervisory position or confident willingness to step into a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Computer literate – confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proactive communicator, team player, and able to lead by example.
- Hands‑on experience desirable.
- Understanding of CDM regulations.
