The Role
As an Engineering Geologist / Senior Engineering Geologist, you'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, helping clients understand ground conditions, manage risk and develop safe, practical engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
- Produce high‑quality geotechnical interpretative reports
- Develop and interpret ground models
- Undertake geotechnical assessments for earthworks, slopes and associated infrastructure
- Carry out Preliminary Risk Assessments and Mining Risk Assessments
- Review technical reports, drawings and calculations
- Supervise ground investigations and site works
- Support project and contract‑management activities
- Manage programme, budget and quality requirements
- Attend client meetings and technical discussions
- Support business development and framework opportunities
- Mentor junior engineers and geologists
About You
You are likely an Engineering Geologist or Geotechnical professional who enjoys technical problem solving and wants to continue developing your career within a consultancy environment. You'll ideally hold a degree in Geology or a related discipline and may already be working towards Chartered status or have recently achieved professional accreditation.

- Ground investigation planning, supervision and reporting
