We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor / NICEIC Qualified Supervisor to help lead and grow an expanding in-house electrical division within a fast-growing property services business. This is a newly created role with real opportunity to shape standards, influence quality and play a key part in the future growth of the company.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for electrical compliance, quality assurance and NICEIC supervision across domestic electrical and ventilation works. The role combines hands-on installation work with supervisory and certification responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the company’s NICEIC Qualified Supervisor
  • Overseeing domestic electrical installations and testing
  • Installing, inspecting and certifying domestic ventilation systems
  • Supporting NICEIC compliance and annual assessments
  • Providing technical support and maintaining high safety standards
  • Helping develop systems, processes and best practice

What You’ll Need

  • Previous experience as an NICEIC Qualified Supervisor
  • Domestic Ventilation qualification/certification
  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 2360 or equivalent
  • 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Full UK driving licence
