Do you enjoy simplifying complicated processes and making businesses work better? We're supporting a growing professional services organisation that's investing heavily in transformation and is looking for a Business Process Analyst to play a central role in improving how the business operates. This isn't a traditional requirements gathering role. Instead, you'll spend your time understanding existing business processes, challenging current ways of working and helping design simpler, more efficient solutions that improve both colleague and customer experience.
Working as part of a growing Business Transformation function, you'll partner with stakeholders across the organisation on projects including operational improvement, service transformation, data initiatives and future AI-enabled change.
