The Role:
- Support a variety of high‑profile rail projects and frameworks across the UK.
- Carry out civil engineering design for rail depots, stations, ancillary facilities, lineside works, bridges, platforms, etc.
- Assist in investigation, feasibility study, outline design, detailed design and implementation of civil engineering projects.
- Improve overall multidisciplinary awareness.
- Assist in the management and monitoring of the project budget.
About You:
- Awareness of drafting and BIM software and steelwork and reinforced concrete detailing.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Qualified to satisfy current entry requirements for CEng or IEng through ICE or IStructE.
- Experience in civil engineering railway design and/or construction.
- Desire to develop existing skills and acquire new technical competence to enhance team capability.
