Responsibilities
As an entry-level Lawn Maintenance Tech, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including Spring yard clean-ups, weekly mowing services, weeding, fall leaf clean-up, tree and bush pruning, and bark mulch installation. You’ll wield cutting-edge lawn equipment and may assist with snow plowing and shoveling in the winter, with opportunities to collaborate with other contractors during the off-season.

Having 1 year of lawn maintenance experience is not required for this entry-level role. If you’re the right candidate, we will train you!
Schedule and expectations
You’ll have a full-time schedule during the summer months and a part-time schedule during the winter months. Expect to work Monday through Friday between 6:30 AM and 4:30 PM, with flexibility for additional hours and weekend shifts as needed. Unlimited overtime is available, depending on weather conditions.
