They are looking for a practical, hands-on individual with a positive, can-do attitude who is happy to turn their hand to a wide range of maintenance tasks.

Whether it's carrying out repairs, maintaining the grounds, decorating, or resolving day-to-day maintenance issues, you'll become the go-to person who helps keep the site running smoothly.

If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, spotting jobs before they become bigger issues and takes pride in doing a job well, this could be the perfect opportunity.

  • What we need from you
  • At least 5 years' experience working in a maintenance, facilities or handyperson role
  • Experience carrying out general building maintenance, painting, basic repairs and maintaining outdoor areas, including grass cutting and weeding
  • Able to identify, report and, where appropriate, resolve maintenance and health & safety issues
  • Practical skills and confidence using a range of maintenance tools and equipment
  • A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Someone who enjoys variety and is happy to turn their hand to different tasks as required
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of building and construction would be an advantage, but is not essential
  • A full UK driving licence would be beneficial
  • What the role involves
  • Carrying out routine maintenance checks throughout the main office building
  • Maintaining the external grounds, gardens and car parking areas
  • Completing general repairs and decorating as required
  • Helping to maintain high health & safety standards across the site
  • Supporting the production team with general maintenance tasks
  • Identifying maintenance issues before they become larger problems
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure the site remains safe, clean and well presented
  • Salary

£26,400 per year, plus bonus.

Hours

Full time, Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5.00pm 36.25 hours per week.
