BAM is seeking a UK Geotechnical Manager to lead our geotechnical operations across the UK, reporting to the Director, Ground Engineering. The role is based from Kilsyth (Glasgow), Godstone (London) or Nailsea (Bristol) with frequent client/site visits and cross-UK collaboration.
You will mentor regional teams, manage cost forecasts, guide bids and tenders, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery of regulated geotechnical schemes across multiple markets.
