We are seeking a Draughtsman / Designer to join the design and technical team, supporting the production of detailed drawings and design information for manufacture and installation. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver accurate, buildable design solutions.

- Producing detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and previous experience as a Bench joiner/Cabinet maker.
- Developing manufacturing and installation drawings for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
- Working closely with design, production, and project teams to ensure accuracy and buildability.
- Interpreting design intent and translating into production-ready information.
- Supporting project delivery through technical coordination and detailing.
- Attending site visits and project meetings when required.
- Ensuring all drawings meet deadlines and project requirements.
- Maintaining accuracy and consistency across all technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines.
- Experience using AutoCAD.
- Ability to work effectively within a wider project team.
- Good understanding of carpentry and joinery principles.
