We’re recruiting an experienced and reliable Gas Engineer to carry out service and repair work across residential properties. This is a permanent role with consistent, pre‑booked work — typically 6–8 jobs per day — offering stability, strong earning potential, and long‑term career security.
The Role
- Carry out domestic gas servicing and breakdown repairs on MOD housing stock
- Attend pre‑booked appointments with a manageable daily schedule
- Diagnose faults, complete repairs, and ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
- Deliver excellent customer service while working independently across your region
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation
- Ensure van stock is kept organised and replenished as required
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience as a domestic Gas Engineer
- Full ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1 etc.)
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- A professional, reliable, and customer‑focused approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to pass MOD security checks (no prior MOD experience required)
