We are seeking a reliable, organized individual for a hybrid role combining Pool Service Technician Level 1 duties with Office Support Clerk responsibilities. This position supports both field operations and office functions based on daily business needs, as determined by management. The typical schedule includes office duties on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with Tuesdays and Thursdays consisting of a combination of pool service and office support. This position will also provide field coverage when full‑time technicians are unavailable. A maximum of 34 hours a week unless authorized by management. After 6 months of probation have been completed, the employee will receive a 3% raise, and the maximum hours will be raised to 36 hours per week guaranteed.

Office Duties – Office Support Clerk

  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails; provide customer support
  • Schedule and adjust service quotes and work orders
  • Enter service data and update customer records
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and collections using office software (e.g., Skimmer)
  • Track and order parts or supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Support management with administrative projects and seasonal priorities
  • Perform light housekeeping duties
  • Perform additional office support duties as assigned

Field Duties – Pool Technician Level 1

  • Vacuum, skim, and brush pools
  • Test and balance pool chemicals using a Taylor Test Kit
  • Record service data and chemical readings via phone app (phone not provided)
  • Ensure pool water quality and equipment functionality
  • Lift and transport pool equipment/chemicals (up to 100 lbs)
  • Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and office staff
  • Identify and report issues requiring follow‑up by senior technicians
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company standards

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age due to vehicle insurance requirements.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Quick learner with basic math skills
  • Ability to swim without flotation support
  • Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 100 lbs)
  • Comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, or inclement weather
  • Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Professional, customer‑focused communication skills
