About the Team
The COO teams\\\’ responsibilities can be summarised as follows: The development and ongoing operation of centralised prioritisation and resource allocation. Provision of centralised services to all CDP functions and geographies, including business-as-usual oversight, change and project management standards KPI/KRI/OKR tracking and reporting.
About this role
The Interim Project Manager will lead the day-to-day delivery of Project Renaissance during a maternity leave coverage period, with onboarding beginning in December 2025 and contract terminating in July 2026. This role will be the functional project lead and manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery of agreed outcomes in partnership with our implementation partner(s) and internal teams. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong project management skills, exceptional stakeholder coordination, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery during the coverage period.
- Manage the integrated project plan, timelines, and budget, ensuring alignment with scope and objectives.
- Facilitate effective governance, including preparation for and follow-up from Steer Co meetings, risk reviews, and change control.
- Coordinate workstreams across internal teams (Data Governance, Delivery, Finance, Enterprise Tech, Growth, Marketing & Communications, Revenue, Policy, Product) and committees.
- Ensure timely delivery of partner milestones, supporting contract and statement of work adherence.
- Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management, escalating as needed.
- Maintain clear project communications, including a monthly CDPulse update.
- Support cultural adoption of new ways of working by engaging Super Users and functional leads.

- An experienced project manager with a track record in complex, cross-functional system implementations.
- Adept at stakeholder management, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple work streams

- Familiar with CRM systems (preferably D365) and agile/waterfall delivery approaches.
