- Levels 2-5: With each level, you will take on more responsibility, from performing complex troubleshooting to leading projects and mentoring new technicians. Pay increases with each level, up to $35.27/hour.

Qualifications We're Looking For
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience. We understand that military experience often provides direct parallels to these civilian requirements.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Military experience with a mechanical or technical focus is highly valued. We will provide training to bridge any skill gaps.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Experience with industrial electrical circuits (480 3‑phase), robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics is a plus, but not required for entry‑level roles.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
- Proficiency with basic hand tools and an ability to weld (MIG or TIG) is a bonus.
