As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll apply your hands‑on expertise to keep our equipment, systems, and production environment running smoothly and safely. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make an impact.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and welding systems
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components, including control systems
- Assemble, disassemble, clean, lubricate, and replace machine parts
- Weld and repair structures, machinery, tanks, valves, and sheet metal
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure all maintenance work meets OSHA and safety standards
- Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and equipment
- Communicate with supervisors regarding repairs beyond scope
Requirements
- At least two (2) years of industrial or facility maintenance experience
- Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field
- Working knowledge of electrical systems and welding
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a professional, solutions‑focused attitude
- Valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
- Regular standing, walking, and use of hands in repetitive motions
- Frequent reaching above shoulder level
- Occasional stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
- Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs
- Ability to work around moving mechanical parts, chemicals, fumes, and varying noise levels
- Work environments ranging from 35° to 95°F+ Fahrenheit
