Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor Environmental Management Plans across multiple projects.
- Maintain and improve ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems.
- Manage environmental audits, inspections and compliance programmes.
- Support environmental permits, consents and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, the Environment Agency and regulatory bodies.
- Lead legal compliance verification activities.
- Deliver environmental training, inductions and awareness programmes.
- Support project teams with environmental planning and compliance requirements.
- Assist with RAMS preparation and environmental risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents and identify improvement opportunities.
- Produce detailed monthly reports for Directors and Senior Management.
- Drive a positive environmental culture throughout the business.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of Environmental Management experience.
- IEMA Foundation Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Environmental Legislation and Compliance.
- Experience working with ISO14001 Management Systems.
- Experience conducting Environmental Audits.
- Understanding of Construction, Utilities, Civil Engineering or Infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations (advantageous).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong IT and reporting skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

- Experience in Oil & Gas sector.
