Responsibilities:
- Install and service ducted and ductless air source heat pump systems.
- Perform general HVAC maintenance and repair tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and work as part of a team.
Requirements:
- A valid EPA Universal certification.
- A minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience.
- Positive attitude focused on creating a team atmosphere.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass drug screening and criminal background check.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and travel for the duration of the work day.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A lead performer at current place of employment.
- Valid MA Refrigeration license (optional).
- 5 or more years of HVAC experience.
- Senior HVAC Technician experience.
- Valid license in additional trades such as plumbing, sheet metal, electrical, etc.
