We are currently looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our Team!
Job Description: To provide maintenance, repairs, and installs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Pay Range: $40.00/hr.-$55.00/hr.- Depending on experience
Benefits:

- 401k 5% match after 6 months
- Company Truck for Technicians
- Birthday Bonus (equivalent to 8 hrs. pay)
- Vacation (2 weeks first year, 3 weeks 1-4 years and 4 weeks 5+)
- Sick time (40 hrs. for FT employees)
- Bereavement (3 days)
- Boot Allowance ($300 per year)
- License Renewal ($300/year is reimbursed to Employee)
- Tuition Reimbursement ($500/year)
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of previous HVAC experience
- Valid driver's license
- Work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder.
- Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance.
- Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have the ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility
Qualifications desired:
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- Sheet Metal License
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
- Insurable driving record
- Possess most commonly used tools
