NETTTS (New England Tractor Trailer Training School) is hiring experienced HVAC/R Technicians to become HVAC Instructors at our Haverhill, MA & Pawtucket, RI campuses. If you're ready for more stability, less physical strain, and the chance to help others launch their careers, this is your opportunity. No prior experience as a trainer or instructor is required. We’ll train you to teach!
HVAC/R Instructor Details:
- Earn $60,000 - $70,000 per year*
- Part-time with full-time benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
- Paid sick time, vacation, and holidays
- 401(k) with company match
Shift: ~25 - 30 hours per week
- Evening: Monday - Thursday 4:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- Weekend: Friday 4:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Saturday & Sunday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Teach hands‑on and classroom‑based sessions in the HVAC/R Technician program
- Demonstrate tools, techniques, and procedures aligned with industry standards
- Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and track attendance
- Maintain equipment and support a safe, clean training space
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with fellow instructors
