Role
Polar Bear Plumbing Heating & Air is looking for a mechanically minded, results-driven person to become our full-time HVAC Installation Technician. Based in Windsor, CO, our service area covers Northern Colorado.
Compensation & Schedule
When you join us, you\’ll earn $20.00 – $40.00/hour, depending on experience, and work from 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday. You can also make SPIFF incentives!

Requirements
Wondering how you can get started as our HVAC Installation Technician? You just need to meet the following:
- EPA certification
- 1+ years of experience as an installer or service technician
- Strong mechanical and HVAC system knowledge
- Ability to repair and maintain heating and air conditioning equipment
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to work overhead, in confined spaces, on ladders, and in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver\’s license with a clean driving record
