Your Role and Responsibilities In this key leadership position, you will: Lead and coordinate HV/LV electrical operations, including installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities. Manage project delivery to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Support commercial activities, including estimation, tender preparation, and bid submissions. Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSQE) standards and procedures. Provide leadership, mentoring, and development to operational teams, driving high performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Oversee planning and resource allocation, including labor, plant, and materials. Develop and implement best practice processes and operational procedures. Utilize modern technology and systems to improve efficiency and performance. Drive a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
