As an Audit Manager you will take responsibility for overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients, leading audit planning, fieldwork and completion.
Key responsibilities:- Work closely with clients to understand their business operations.
- Work alongside directors to provide valuable insights and to spot opportunities and provide great advice.
- Be fully involved with all aspects of audits, managing the process from end to end.
- Ensure all audits are compliant with regulatory and professional standards.
- Mentor and develop junior team members supporting their professional growth.
- Previous Audit Manager or Assistant Audit Manager experience gained outside of the Top 10.
- Previous staff management/mentoring experience.
- Ability to work well within a team.
