Mars in Plymouth is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment Manager to join the leadership team and drive a step-change in safety and environmental culture on site. This role is a people-led leadership position, not just a technical HSE role, focused on influencing mindsets and ownership to ensure safety is lived every day by all Associates.
You will shape and deliver the site HSE strategy, champion ISO45001/ISO14001 requirements, and build a culture where speaking up and accountability are encouraged.
