Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and communicate the production plan to achieve and exceed on‑time delivery targets.
- Identify any upcoming capacity issues and work closely with relevant team members to offer solutions.
- Create and maintain jobs in line with the ERP system processes to ensure accurate WIP valuations and capacity planning.
- Drive customer focus throughout the business, communicate customer requests and expedite work orders when required.
- Ensure the shipping plan is maintained, including sales order information prior to shipments.
- Deliver capacity plans in line with the S&OP process, ensuring resource, training, materials and equipment plans are in place.
- Review mid‑to‑long‑term forecast stability.
- Support continuous improvements on the line, develop and build existing processes to improve production flow, on‑time starts and inventory accuracy.
