An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chiller Engineer to join a growing and highly respected building services and energy solutions business operating across London and the Southeast.
This is a mobile role working across a portfolio of commercial, residential and energy centre sites, carrying out planned maintenance, fault-finding, repairs and optimisation works on a wide range of chiller systems.
The Role
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of chiller systems
- Reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs
- Working on reciprocating, absorption, centrifugal, turbocor and heat pump systems
- Providing technical support and recommendations to customers
- Producing service reports and quotations for remedial works
- Supporting apprentices and junior engineers where required
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with service level agreements
- Participating in an on-call rota
What We're Looking For
- F-Gas Certification
- City & Guilds 2079 Refrigerant Handling qualification
- Refrigeration and Air Conditioning qualifications
- Minimum 5-6 years' experience working on chiller systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience carrying out servicing, maintenance and commissioning
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
