Fix: Get Fix is a growing mechanical and electrical maintenance business supporting clients across the UK with reactive repairs, planned preventative maintenance, and compliance services.
We work across a range of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and critical infrastructure, helping our customers keep their properties safe, compliant, and running efficiently.
Role Overview
We are currently recruiting experienced BMS Controls Engineers to join a nationwide controller replacement programme working within live plant room environments across a variety of commercial and industrial sites.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long‑term retrofit project with immediate starts available for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret BMS panel drawings.
- Create and verify I/O schedules.
- Carry out BMS panel modifications.
- Replace and install BMS controllers.
- Install secondary containment where required.
- Commission BMS systems, with remote technical support available if needed.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard within live operational environments.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience working on BMS retrofit or controller replacement projects.
- Strong electrical controls and panel modification knowledge.
- The ability to work independently and manage work on live sites.
- Experience commissioning HVAC and BMS systems.
- Experience using Trend, Tridium, Niagara 4 & Distec or similar.
- A flexible approach and willingness to travel nationwide when required (desirable but not essential).
