Providing customers with project design support, technical advice and commercial help as required. Receiving enquiries, drawings and specifications; you will assess building layouts, calculate heat loss/heat load and perform further engineering calculations for desired temperatures and efficiencies.
Using internal software to select equipment and components for a bill of materials and to provide a fully costed quotation. Collaborating with customers, internal sales staff and regional branches to offer guidance and support on technical matters. Occasional site visits, surveys and participation in sales meetings with customers as required.
Qualifications
- Ideally 1‑2+ years experience in heat‑pump design, preferably in domestic projects, with some light commercial exposure acceptable.
- Strong customer‑service skills, able to liaise effectively with clients over phone, email and virtual meeting platforms.
- Open and willing to train and develop in other HVAC products.
Package
A basic salary up to approximately £42k with the correct level of experience. Full company benefits package, including 25 days holiday.
Location
Based on the outskirts of Manchester. Office‑based role with potential for some future home working once trained.
