The Client: A leading UK law firm with highly respected practices including Disputes, Real Estate, Corporate, Banking & Finance in addition to niche specialist practices.

The Role:

  • Strategic Leadership: Building upon the success of an existing LPM function and furthering the team's reputation. Growing the LPM offering and its profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team comprising of a Snr LPM, LPMs and Analyst level colleagues.
  • Matter Oversight: Maintain a level of involvement on some of the firm's key matters.
  • Innovation & Tech Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.

Experience Required:

  • At least ten years experience working in an LPM function or a leading city litigation or Real Estate function.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to create strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
