- Supply Chain Evolution: Overseeing strategic relationships with subcontractors and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
Who You Are:
- The Profile: You are likely a Senior Operations Director or Head of Projects currently, perhaps looking for that £175k ceiling. They are also very interested in "rising stars" currently in the £130k–£140k bracket who are ready to step up into a heavy-hitting role.
- Sector Expertise: Extensive experience within fire and security systems or complex MEP installation projects is essential.
- Commercial Grit: You have a tangible track record of financial and operational success in managing multi-site installations ranging from small works to £5m+ projects.
- Adaptability: You possess "Athletes Grit" and a "Captains Duty" - you are someone who can take direction from top-level control while providing the expert advice needed to move the needle.
- Mobile: You are comfortable with extensive UK travel and overnight stays to ensure standards are met across all sites.
