As we expand our presence in the UK, we are seeking an experienced HCM Programme Manager to play a key role in delivering complex, people-centred technology programmes for our clients. About the Role

As an HCM Programme Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex HCM programmes for UK and international clients, transforming how organisations manage their people, payroll, and HR technology. This role goes beyond traditional project management, offering the opportunity to influence delivery strategy and contribute to the continued growth of our UK practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of HCM projects and programmes, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Oversee HR technology implementations, including HRIS, payroll, time and attendance, and talent systems.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Manage programme risks, budgets, and delivery standards.
  • Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience (10+ years) delivering HCM projects or programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and workforce management solutions.
  • Experience with ADP GlobalView and Celergo is desirable.
  • Experience working with UK payroll and regulatory frameworks (including HMRC; GDPR knowledge).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
