We’re recruiting Production Operators for a specialist food-processing environment in Haverfordwest. This isn’t a typical warehouse role, you’ll be joining a site that operates across several departments, including abattoir work, production, and packing. Flexibility and a hands‑on approach are essential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Production duties across multiple departments
- Supporting abattoir operations (full training provided)
- Packing and preparing products for dispatch
- Maintaining hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 6am–3pm. Start times may change to 9am or 11am depending on business needs.
Travel:
Due to the rural location, you’ll need to drive to site. A local staff bus is available from nearby areas. You must make your own way to site for your first-day induction.
Pay:
£12.71 per hour – with £15.88 after 40 hours. Rising to £13.45 after 12 weeks with £16.81 after 40 hours.
