We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join a well-established, family-focused company within the coffee and vending industry. You will be covering Guildford and surrounding areas, working independently while building strong customer relationships.

The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing coffee machines and vending equipment across a range of customer sites. This is a varied, field-based role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service and maintain coffee machines and vending equipment
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
  • Install and commission new machines
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships on-site
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer within the coffee and/or vending industry (essential)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Genuine interest in coffee and equipment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach
